Bring your curiosity. Your path belongs here.

We welcome prospective trainees and collaborators who share a passion for photosynthesis, computational biophysics, theoretical chemistry and bio-inspired design—including people returning after career interruptions or arriving through non-linear pathways.

Prospective researchers

Tell us what you are excited to understand.

You do not need a perfectly linear CV or expertise in every method. Introduce your scientific interests, share the questions that genuinely excite you, and explain how the Kaur Lab connects with the direction you hope to grow. Applicants with career interruptions, caregiving responsibilities, changes of field or unconventional routes into science are warmly encouraged to reach out.

  • Graduate study through Brock Chemistry or Biotechnology
  • Undergraduate research and honours-thesis projects
  • Collaborative projects connecting computation and experiment

Collaborate

We are especially interested in collaborations that connect molecular simulation with spectroscopy, structural biology, catalysis, soft materials or biological testing.
